CONTACT PROBLEM OF RUBBER RINGS WITH LARGE DEFORMATION

Abstract: A contact problem with friction between a rubber ring with large deformation and a linear elastic thin plate is solved by means of the substructuring technique in this paper. A study of the influence of fractional contact, of the influence of plate thickness on rubber ring’ deformation is presented.
