Abstract: Ii this puper surrogate tlata melhod of phase-randomized is proposed to identify the random or chuotic naature of the data ohtained in dynamie anatysis. The cateulating results validale the phase-randomized method tc be useful as it ean increase the extentof accuraey of the results. And the calculating results show that threshold values of the random time series and nonlinear chuotic timeseries have marked differenee.

Key words: chaotic timcseries, surrogate-data, threshold value, random timeseries
